I try to google "Go camps" or "places to learn Go" and stuff that are the same but every time I do it comes up with something that is obviously not the Japanese oriental board game Go. Please help find some places nearby OKC (Oklahoma City) to learn this mind-stimulating game!

Answer
Well, online resources are easier to find than live clubs, but here's some links you may find useful.

Promote Go lists clubs in many locations. For Okla City they list the Oklahoma Go Players Association.
Their website link is no longer current, but it can't hurt to try the e-mail or phone number. Even if the group died, you might find someone to play.

There are other groups listed elsewhere in Oklahoma.

Online resources:

This is the best online tutorial to learn the game! It's completely interactive, and will get you started.

KGS has a beginner room where you can find people to play online or teaching games. (Do the tutorial website first, if you don't know how to play at all, or they'll just send you there.)

If you are a kid, you can ask questions and find resources at Tiger's Mouth, the American Go Foundation's kids' website.

If you're NOT a kid, Life in 19x19 has a forum with a beginners' section where people are happy to answer your questions, probably in much greater length and detail than you wanted. :D
