why would a water suply line (fill line) pop off a toliet?

we live in a mobile home park. Sence the campers in the camping place behind us started comming in the water presure is eratic. we do not have control of it. It is a problem because it is popping off the fil line to the toliet. Is something supose to hold that in? can i stop it some how?

it could be causeing spikes in the pressure
try a new supply line and ballcock (both easy ro replace)
if the problem persists then I would recommend getting a pressure gauge with a high low indicator on it to see what the max pressure is
if it exceeds 70psi I would recommend a pressure reducing valve
