best place for camping in california image
Jordan
My father and I are going camping soon and we're looking for a place to camp. We're in Orange County and we need a good place for camping. Any suggestions?
Answer
Caspers Wilderness Area is really good, as are the beach areas mentioned previously. The state parks / beaches are very difficult to get reservations for, however.
You can usually get into Caspers on short notice, I prefer the Live Oak campground area:

Where a good place to camp in Southern California allowing to build fires and allow paintball?
Belisario
Some friends and me can't choose between forest, beach, but still don't know of any good places to camp for the summer.
Answer
Paint ball is not an approved activity in or at city, county beaches, state, national forest or BLM lands. There are many privately operated parks that have paintball activities on a pay as you go plan. Any regular campground allows the use of fires with in seasonal limits. Dispersed camping areas in the forests and deserts would be an option for paint ball wars however if Johnny law catches you he could confiscate your toys. Good Luck
