I am looking for a primative camp ground in Western PA . Some where that the sites have a little privacy and are preferrably on a lake or river.

My friend and I want to go camping near/in the PA Grand Canyons (not the actual grand canyons). We don't have much money at all and don't want to stay in the State Parks which is 15-19 dollars a night. I would like somewhere for free or less than 10 bucks a night. We don't want to hike anywhere to camp. We just want to park and camp. Thanks in advance!
