Best places to camp in Michigan?

Sabrina

I'm looking for a beautiful, secluded area to camp not more from Ann Arbor. I don't want to stay in an RV park and want it to be as natural and scenic as possible! I heard Drummond Island is good. Any suggestions?

What is the best camping place in Michigan?

Okay, so a few friends of mine are trying to plan a camping trip. We want if off lake michigan, with pretty blue water and that allows alcohol. So far, I have found places with extremely strict rules I.E. No music and Quiet by like 10 at night.

HELP?!

Answer
I like both Warren Dunes State Park and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. I don't think you're going to find anywhere that allows alcohol.
