Where can I find good camping spots in VA?

Trying to plan a bachelor party for early May and we want to go camping. Since we'll be getting pretty wild, we need a camp spot that provides privacy so we don't disturb anyone else. We also need a spot that has activities for the day time (lazy tubing comes to mind).

Does anyone know of places in Virginia that fit this bill?

We're planning a hiking and camping trip in West Virginia. We wanted to park our car and hike each day a little further North or South. Is there any known pick up or drop off places around West Virginia where we can get a ride to or from our car after we hike so we don't have to go in a circle? (Sort of like when you canoe down a mountain and they bring you back to your car when it's over).
