Camping in Oklahoma.?

Hi, I was wondering what are some good places in Oklahoma that have a lake/river with a trail and campsites plus more. Does anybody have any suggestions?? We want a cabin or we could use the RV. Thx. <3

Many people enjoy going to the Chickasaw Recreation area in Sulphur. If you are going 1-77, you will run through it, or you can take the Davis exit off of I-35, which is south of Oklahoma City.

It has trails, springs, rivers, and campsites. I am not sure of the price of campsites.

For $2.00 per person (administrative fee) you could go backpacking in Charon's Garden Wilderness Area located in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

From I-44 take Highway 49 (exit 45). Go west 10 miles to the Refuge gate.

I try to google "Go camps" or "places to learn Go" and stuff that are the same but every time I do it comes up with something that is obviously not the Japanese oriental board game Go. Please help find some places nearby OKC (Oklahoma City) to learn this mind-stimulating game!

Well, online resources are easier to find than live clubs, but here's some links you may find useful.

Promote Go lists clubs in many locations. For Okla City they list the Oklahoma Go Players Association.
Their website link is no longer current, but it can't hurt to try the e-mail or phone number. Even if the group died, you might find someone to play.

what to do during our summer road trip from oklahoma city to dallas texas?

me and my family are taking a summer road trip from oklahoma city to dallas texas. what is there to do along the way. we are probably going to stop at the arbuckle mountains animal place, then we're going to camp at lake texoma and from there go to six flags. is there anything else along the way like caves,animal safari's, amusment parks ect?
